These guys are amazing! So incredibly helpful!! Daniel was so calm and very understanding throughout the financing process. Got me a really great rate and did such great work. Majority of my negotiating was done via email, which was such a huge help! I am a nurse and I work weird hours, having to only sign the forms once I was ready to pick the bike up was such a relief. I was also able to really consider my options when it came to financing. They ask permission before they start running your credit all over the place, which is very thoughtful! Nothing worse than having your credit run through the gambit only to come back to one of the top choices regardless. Bottom line, I highly recommend the folks over at Douglas Motorcycles! I just made a purchase of a new 2016 Triumph from Douglas Motorcycles and can say I am very pleased. Over a period of several years I have stopped by the store to just see what was new and talk bikes. The shop is how I remember shops in the past, everyone is very friendly and they know what they are talking about and you form a friendship. These guys are the best and the bike I purchased, a Street Twin just seems to be the perfect bike for me out of the many I have owned in the past. It does everything very well. If your in the market for a new,or used motorcycle,do yourself a favor and go visit Douglas you won't be disappointed.

The best experience I've had at any dealership anywhere. I got an extremely good price on a 2016 Triumph Street Triple R and I drove over an hour to get it. Jeff and Art were very helpful during the entire process and I could tell they really cared about their customers. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is interested in a Triumph.
